Be worried when they are quiet...

So the other day Lydia discovered a drawer that she could open was full of mommy's old cassette tapes(I know...who keeps those?!). I was in the kitchen making dinner and Lydia was being super quiet(mental note...super quiet = trouble), She was sitting in her chair unravelling a tape.

That's too funny! I'm sure she thought it was great fun pulling it all out. Just think of it as keeping her aware of what we had back in the day....I'm sure our kids will have no idea what a tape or cd are...who knows maybe ipods will be out of date by the time they want one. Crazy how much things change!

I'm also a Seattle-area Feedjit person and thought this was pretty cute. That happened to me once....but actually it was me who did it when I was a teenager and a tape got ruined and some of that stuff came out...I kept pulling and pulling just to see how long it was and it was LONG! :)

Oh does that bring me back! Too funny. Oh, and I have a big box of tapes (my Grateful Dead concert archive), always to be kept :)
